1. Precast Pre-Buried Concrete Foundation

Place the finished support rack kit assembly onto the concrete foundation, then attach the leg base using the anchor bolt nut kit.

Install the support racks one after the other, ensuring the rail installation side is level and adjusting the size in accordance with the drawings to achieve a consistent height.

3. Install The Railings.
(If the rails are not long enough, connect them together with a rail splice; if not, skip this step.) Insert the rail splice half into the rail, and then secure it with three self-tapping screws on each side. Fit the reverse half of the rail splice into the rail, then attach it with three self-tapping screws on each side. Two railroads then connected.

Use two clamps on each side to secure the rail to the support rack.

In line with the guidelines on the building design, fix the remainder of the rails using the preceding processes. Verify that every bolt has been tightened.

4. Set up the drainage tray
Determine the drainage tray rail's position depending on the panel's length, then attach it to the carport rail using the attaching clamp.

Attach the vertical drainage tray to the drainage tray rail with ST6.3X25 self-typing screws.

After selecting the horizontal drainage groove's location, attach it to the vertical drainage groove using the ST6.3X25 self-typing screw.
